We want you to love your handcrafted Duckfeet, so we offer a straightforward return and exchange process for unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure your footwear is trialed indoors on a carpeted surface to maintain its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
